Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These terms apply to your use of tsdesignsolutions.co.uk. They are not the contract for a project — engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline and ownership, which we issue before any work starts.
Using this site
You may browse the site and submit our forms for genuine enquiries. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a form does not create a contract. Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding engagement only exists once we have both signed a written proposal or statement of work.
The free website audit
The free audit is a self-assessment tool. It scores the answers you provide and returns general recommendations based on them. It does not inspect your website, and it is not a professional audit, security assessment or guarantee of any outcome. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation.
The delivery guarantee
We advertise a money-back delivery guarantee on small and mid-size engagements. The production date is agreed during scoping, before work begins, and is recorded in the signed statement of work along with the scope it is based on. If we fail to reach production by that date, you may claim a refund of the fees you have paid for that engagement.
The guarantee is tied to the agreed scope. Written change requests, and any period where we are waiting on access, approvals, decisions, data or third-party systems from your side, extend the agreed date by the corresponding time. Your statement of work sets out how that is recorded. The refund covers fees paid to us for the engagement and does not extend to third-party costs, licences or hosting.
Large and enterprise engagements carry a milestone-based delivery commitment rather than a refund guarantee, because delivery over a longer period depends materially on decisions and dependencies outside our control. Which applies to your project is confirmed in writing during scoping.
The marketing copy on this site summarises these terms; the signed statement of work governs.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding on this site belong to TS Design Solutions unless stated otherwise. Client work shown in our portfolio is displayed with permission and remains the property of the respective clients. You may not reproduce material from this site commercially without our written permission.
Ownership of work we build for you is dealt with in your project agreement. Our standard position is that you own the delivered code outright on final payment.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as our booking calendar. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those services, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
