No. £7,500 is the complete fixed fee for a small application, billed across three delivery milestones rather than up front. There is no second invoice at the end and no hourly overage. Larger applications are priced at £12,500 and from £25,000.
TS Design Solutions is a team of software architects using AI-assisted development with human quality gates at every milestone. The same work that took a full team nine months now takes a small senior team twelve weeks, and the price reflects that rather than a day rate multiplied by headcount.
The £1,750 per month retainer covers monitoring, optimisation, security patching and ongoing engineering after launch. It starts once the application is in production and runs on a rolling basis with no minimum term.

The client does, completely. Every TS Design Solutions engagement hands over the repository, the infrastructure accounts and full IP ownership at completion. There is no proprietary framework and no ongoing licence fee.
For a small number of engagements we will consider equity or revenue-share in place of part of the fee. Ask during the scoping call — the fixed-fee model is the default.
