Your team built something with AI that does the job. People use it every day. Then three things happen at once.
The platform bill climbs every month. The quote to rebuild it "properly" comes back at six figures and nine months. And a competitor who saw what you launched is six months behind you, and closing.
Every month you wait, the platform costs more, the rebuild gets bigger, and the lead you built gets smaller.
| Stay on the platform | Traditional agency rebuild | TS Design Solutions | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Climbs with every user | £100k+ | Fixed fee, agreed before we start |
| Timeline | — | 9–12 months | Contracted production date |
| Ownership | You don't own it | Eventually | Yours from milestone one |
| What you already built | Stuck where it is | Rebuilt from zero | We build on what works |
You are billed as each milestone lands, not up front.
We map your system and agree the plan. You keep the document whatever happens next.
The system exists, and it runs against your real data.
Deployed, monitored, handed over. Repository and infrastructure in your name.
Every engagement starts with a scoping call where we size your application and commit to a production date. Small applications: 12 weeks. Mid-size: 16 weeks. That date goes in the contract.
Miss it on a small or mid-size engagement and you get a full refund of everything you've paid.
Large and enterprise engagements run 24–32 weeks against scope that depends on decisions outside our control, so they carry a milestone-based delivery SLA instead. We tell you which applies during scoping, not afterwards.
Both are live engagements taking working prototypes onto infrastructure their owners control. Case studies coming soon.
Billed across three delivery milestones, not up front.
Ongoing engineering after launch.
Founding client rate — first three manufacturing engagements.
Larger applications are priced at £12,500 and from £25,000. See full pricing
