Born From Frustration
Tharindu Senanayake founded TS Design Solutions after watching the same thing happen repeatedly: a capable team builds something genuinely useful with AI tooling, it gets adopted, and then it hits a wall nobody warned them about.
A business analyst by trade with engineering roots, he spent years sitting between the people who understand the operation and the people who write the code — which is exactly where these projects fail. The prototype is rarely the problem. The gap between "it works" and "it will keep working at ten times the load" is.
